Searches by Users
This report shows number of searches which have been performed over that past few weeks (selectable).
This page is accessible only to Content Managers as:
Click on a line to drill-down.
- Query
- Word or phrase searched for by the user. We fold all queries to lower-case.
- All Experts
- is the default search value, so will always be the most common.
- Area:
- prefix indicates search was via Browse menu (i.e., user did not type in the search box),
- Taxonomy: or /Category:
- prefix indicates the user typed in the search box, and then selected a suggested taxonomy category
- Keyword:
- prefix indicates the user typed in the search box, and then selected a suggested keyword.
- No prefix
- indicates this is the precise phrase typed by the user. These are .
- #Times
- Number of times this search was performed
- #Results
- Number of results found with the search. Note this is an average over the time period (i.e., as new Experts are added to TrustedPeer, the same query will result in a different number of Experts being matched.)
